         – Asking “what is best for this organization?”
         – Develop Action Plans
         – Take responsibility for actions and decisions
         – Take responsibility for communicating to all stakeholders
         – Focus on opportunities rather than problems
         – Run productive meetings
         – Think and act in the “WE” rather than the “I”
